FiberGo-TTO – Dedicated fiber optic at 1 Gbps both upload and download
FiberGo-TTINO – Symmetrical GPON fiber optic dedicated to business
The customer may request early termination of the service, with the application of a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining fees, to be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.

Fiber-Lan – Layer 2 Circuit on Dedicated Fiber Optic
The customer may request early termination of the service, with the application of a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining fees, to be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.

Fiber-Lan – Protected Layer 2 Circuit on Dedicated Fiber Optic
The customer may request early termination of the service, with the application of a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining fees, to be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.

HiperNet – Connectivity Service on Point-to-Point Microwave Link
After the first 12 months, the customer may request early termination of the service, with the application of a penalty equal to a fixed cost of €250 and 50% of the remaining fees, starting from the month following the requested deactivation date. The penalty must be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.

HiperNet – Protected Connectivity Service on Point-to-Point Microwave Link
After the first 12 months, the customer may request early termination of the service, with the application of a penalty equal to a fixed cost of €250 and 50% of the remaining fees, starting from the month following the requested deactivation date. The penalty must be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.

Internet HUB
After the first 12 months, the customer may request early termination of the service, with the application of a penalty equal to a fixed cost of €250 and 50% of the remaining fees, starting from the month following the requested deactivation date. The penalty must be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.

MEB – Managed Ethernet Bridge
After the first 12 months, the customer may request early termination of the service, with the application of a penalty equal to a fixed cost of €250 and 50% of the remaining fees, starting from the month following the requested deactivation date. After the first 12 months, early termination of the service is allowed with the application of a penalty equal to a fixed cost of €250 plus 100% of the remaining fees (excluding any packages for additional minutes beyond those included in the base fee), starting from the month following the deactivation date. The penalty must be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.

VoIP Services: Voice Over IP
After the first 12 months, early termination of the service is allowed with the application of a penalty equal to a fixed cost of €250 plus 100% of the remaining fees (excluding any packages for additional minutes beyond those included in the base fee), starting from the month following the deactivation date. The penalty must be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.

WiFi Go Service
The customer may request early termination of the service, with the application of a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining fees, to be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.

Up-Lan – Layer 2 Circuit on Radio Link
The customer may request early termination of the service, with the application of a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining fees, to be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.

UpNet – Connectivity Service on Radio Link
The customer may request early termination of the service, with the application of a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining fees, to be paid in a single payment by bank transfer within 10 days from the issuance of the invoice by Viking.
