CONTROL OF PROPRIETARY STRUCTURE.

Viking never resorts to outsourcing, all phases of the relationship with our clients, inspection, design, installation, testing, maintenance and customer service (both via help desk and on-site) are performed and managed exclusively by internal staff. Furthermore, all the infrastructure is proprietary, without the intervention of third parties.

ADDITIONAL LAST-MILE GUARANTEE.

In addition to the dedicated fiber optic links, owing to our use of dedicated carrier-grade P-2-P radio links for all last mile stretches, at Viking, we have the capacity to significantly reduce the costs of the infrastructure necessary to take the link to our clients’ offices, completely eliminating the so-called “common compression” problem.

Viking bindings are provided through the national transport network with the last mile stretch on dedicated carrier-grade radio link. They are compliant with the MEF CE 2.0 standards, with 100% MCR guaranteed symmetrical nominal bandwidth, with guaranteed Business Continuity levels > 99.95% one way and > 99.99% for protected circuits and maximum security certifications.
